I just can't bring myself to pay three times what the steel goes for, just for a moderately nice slip.

The 4K U.K. steelbook goes for £50-£60 and this is £72 give or a take depending on the conversion so you’re paying £12-£22 for the slip depending at what you want to price the steel at. No where near 3 times the price

However I do think minimal effort has gone Into the slip and release but I do really like the slip art. I never got the U.K. steels so I’m just trying to work out if I want a slip version for that £20 extra

If you already have the steel then it's not worth it. I don't know if there's much difference between the WWA steel and the one PA are shipping beyond their logo on the spine but the slip is not great

I didn't own the steel before though which made this an easy buy for me

The UK price is insane though, the US copy could be had for £17 not too long ago...

whilst £50 was high it’s the going rate roughly for a series steelbook so I’m not quite sure what to tell you

There’s not except for a PA logo is included on the spine and the extras disc is probably not in English (pretty sure it says on the specs: Making of - (no subtitles)

Was longer ago than I remembered so the exchange rate was better but even so it's only $31.49 right now.

Yes, if you don't have it already and are treating the UK version as the only alternative then the PA edition would be a really easy choice, equally if I still had a UK copy I'd sell it to fund the PA given how stubbornly high its price remains but when you've got a really cheap US copy?
