You would think so. With Downey back, it would make perfect sense for him to be the main focus / primary storyline... I just hope that his contract / Sony isn't holding this up.

The next Spiderman film is in between both avengers films so he’s going to be a huge focus for doomsday. Especially because it’s Downey and they can play on how that will affect spidey with him missing him

Yeah it's nuts! I do hope it's good. I just genuinely hope some of the returning OG X-men actors make it through filming okay... I mean Kelsey Grammar is back as Beast... & he's been diagnosed with dementia! So I'm really hoping it's a success because that is no joke. Then they have Sir Ian McKellen, whom fell off a stage during a play the other month, so I hope he gets on okay! Then you've got Patrick Stewart returning... I mean he's been in a wheelchair since the the first one!!

Problem is is that movies that are overstuffed with characters is usually a tough one. I'm just wondering if a lot of of these are just glorified cameos.
They're gonna have to bring back the old 70s style poster with the actors in their own squares.

Actually that's all that remains of the original artwork. The guy who created the original poster got boned by all the actors getting plastered on there!!

I’m ok with these delays. 1 year away was madness and we all knew there was going to be some kind of delay

Disappointed we will have to wait longer, but probably for the best to make sure they are actually good and not rushed.
Between Avengers and Avatar, Disney is going to dominate the holidays for the next few years.
