Best Buy has been so disappointing for me. I hope in the future all steelbook releases are from Sunrise. At least you can still go into the store and select the steelbook you want to buy unlike Best Buy with their on-line only releases.

What bugs me most is that their qty allocations are now ridiculous... having them online only isn't the problem... having none for release week IS!

There seems to be no reason to how they allocate their steelbooks. I ordered 2 copies of Alien Covenant 4K because one always comes dinged. I ordered one the first day it was up for pre-order and one like 2 months later. Best Buy shipped the one I ordered later and the one I pre-ordered first day was delayed over a week.

I have a feeling BB is trying to get out of the Bluray market. It's been a month an a half since Black Panther hit theatres and there is still nothing on the BB Can website for it, not even just a regular copy.

My best guess would be that we'll get the same as BBY USA as @zerox39 already confirmed the art for the USA edition on Twitter... so that would mean he already saw the art for maybe the Canadian edition...?

Is there a page or site that compares what is being released from Best Buy Canada and US? I’m primarily trying to find the best way to track what is released between the two regions and figure out which ones I’ll have to go down to the States for. Some recent examples that I know of are: Joker, Maleficient: Mistress of Evil, Jungle Book, and Black Panther. Each of those seem to only be available for the US. There still a possibility that Joker might get a release thorough Sunrise but I don’t think we’ll see the other ones. And it would be nice to see a list going forward.

• 669 Fredericton - New Brunswick
• 943 Scarborough - Ontario

For the many stores that do remain open across Canada, we're limiting the number of people allowed in at one time to help maintain social distancing recommendations. If you do need to shop at a Best Buy store, our goal is to make your visit as quick and as easy as possible. You will be paired with a dedicated Blue Shirt advisor who will help you find what you need quickly while observing safe social distancing guidelines.

Additionally, please be aware that we will only be accepting cashless payments at this time. And, in order to keep everyone safe, we continue to use the best hygiene practices in our stores.

I've been in store this Morning to return my 2nd Jumanji and boy… had a line up to come in, then you're escorted all the way Inside and you cannot walk around without an escort.

5 mins and I was out. Good.

Haha I guess that's good, but you still have to line up outside though.

Called them but goes straight to VM saying they are doing ISPU only outside the store. I hope they'll allow me to return after 2-3 weeks...

Best to call Best Buy Customer Service to find out if they are extending return times.

If it was shipped to you then you can request a return shipping label and then ship it back free of charge.
Even if you purchased it from a store they might allow you to ship it back if you ask.

Yeah… here's in Québec, every stores in now closed for 3 weeks (minimum) due to the lockdown.

But as @Stygian said, if you ordered online, you can easily ask for a return label. Takes a little bit of time (approx 2-3 weeks if I remember well), but is really easy to do.

It usually only takes up to a week for me. They email you a return label while you're on the phone.
I usually take the return to the post office the next day and it is back at Best Buy's warehouse in a day or 2.
The refund is back in my PayPal account a couple days later.

Yea I never thought of calling for the return label. I'm so used to returning in stores. I will try that. Thanks for the tip y'all.
