It's 88 Fillms and Eureka in UK who have the rights to most of Jackie Chan Films

New Fist of Fury is with 88 Films in UK
USA is with Arrow Video.

Arrow Video in USA have rights to some Jackie Chan Films but only a few
Shout Factory in USA have done some Jackie Chan Films Box Sets
