The only thing I have left that shape is the Bond 50th boxset and even that is looking doomed due to running out of space. This is bloody frustrating.
HMV just sent this out. Apparently if you ordered the now cancelled steelbook then you get priority with ordering the new edition
I didn't order it originally but nevertheless this is a great move from HMV limiting it to 1 and especially to those who ordered the original set. Fair play to them. Classy.
So there is no edition now with a steelbook, and it will be canceled. I have no interest in what supercedes, so money is saved. Do I understand this correctly?

Agree with all of you. I've been buying a lot of these slip box releases because the steelbooks inside have been great. Now we're not getting this slip box it makes me a lot less interested in the others.. if that makes sense..

Can't say I'm a lover of overly big sets such as this anyway nor would I spend much time gushing over an embroidered badge or 5 lol. One positive, money saved
Even if it's a nice release (which I don't think it is) I really dislike sets which won't fit alongside anything else.
