With the recent revisit of the old Predator toy line, Hot Toys today announce a 2.0 version of the Elder Predator from Predator 2 movie

Despite a brief screen time in Predator 2, Elder Predator has been one of the most popular Predator among fans of the series. His cool look as well as his code of honor and respect for fellow warriors all contributed to make him a fan favorite!

Following the release of Celtic Predator, Hot Toys is proud to present the new 1/6th scale Elder Predator Collectible Figure from the Predator 2 movie. The movie-accurate Elder Predator collectible is specially crafted based on his image in the film, featuring his highly detailed body armor, weapons and accessories.

- Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Elder Predator in the Predator 2 movie

You better believe I did. My thoughts of this one, he's pretty nice but I prefer the AvP Elder more. Have you seen reviews on the AvP Elder, he's pretty bad ass. Still I have a place for this fella though. He'll make a fine addition to my ever growing collection of Predators.

I too would like Ancient Predator!! I'll check some reviews from the original release. Many collectors are complaining about the Mandibles and how their not slightly open like in the film. I'm just glad I can buy this one and not too worried about the mandibles


I just checked some videos and I didn't even know they had released The Predator from AvP the one who's on top of the pyramid during the flashback sequence. Small screen time but he looked awesome!!! AvP Elder is a must buy for me but only the eventual(?) 2.0 figure
