Beautiful Steelbook, to be sure. The PQ is a crying shame tho but that's to be expected with Costantin Film masters. This transfer looks worse than the DVD.

I agree. If by "looks okay" you mean "looks like a 2004 DVD master with sharpening and edge enhancement turned up to 11", that is.

Okay, but you are exaggerating. I think we can both agree that this movie has not the best picture quality overall and probably never will have.
Plus maybe the others used some sort of noise reduction filter and that's why the image looks softer.
