I wish that this is true, TC2. I am still struggling to get a few more FNACs...
Just pre ordered my first FNAC and was wondering your, obviously expert opinion! On their packaging?
Sorry, I have never ordered directly from FNAC before. I am afraid I don't know about their packaging.
am sorry to tell you their packaging sucks afther this said if international shipping may be they choose better stuff but I won't count on it ...

Did you order just a single SB that time ? Can elaborate ?
Instead of just give a blanket statement, maybe your bad experience would help us in some way.
I've order my X-men first class direct, together with few others. They came in in a box, but I do not remember I have any of them dented so I guess the packaging is ok.
As for french speaking, I always use google translate to translate my sentence and send the message, although not perfect but I guess they would understand.

Damn, I'm now thinking of cancelling. I just ordered 1 copy of Brave and to risk any type of damage for $60 is just not worth it.

Same here...Getting a little wary after all the warnings. Seems to be a hit miss thing with FNAC from all the comments.
Yeah, I'm starting to re-consider my order with FNAC with all this negative feedback
