Hmm, this looks like someone watched The Suicide Squad, Mad Max Fury Road, and Fast & Furious 9, and made a fan film in Unreal Engine, or something.
Most scenes look 'green screened', again even those, that weren't necessary to be filmed like that, they're just too tired, too cheap, or too snowflaky, to get to a real location.

Yeah it looks really really bad / cheap. Which is a shame as I love the Idea of a Cena and Chan duo.
