Annoying there's no slip this time. Not that it was particularly great (far too flimsy), but just for continuity sake.
Im going for the season 2 standard 4K amaray, I like the artwork better plus i have season 1 in the standard case with slip and game of thrones in the standard original released blu ray boxsets.

Great, they're only up to season 2 and they're already not matching. Would it have really been so hard to have it in a slipbox to match season 1?

And, even without the slip, they've bumped the price from £40 for season one to £50. Utter piss take.

It was £50 to start with for series 1 as well,
But they had so many not sold the price dropped.

Was there a booklet for the first season?
I hope this cards variant pops up in Italy, my UK freight forwarder, that I used for 16 years, has closed, so I'm screwed now in regards to HMV.

There was no Book or episode guide for season 1 with the amaray or the steelbook.

Right, I thought so. Having episode guide booklets should be a requirement - first TV on DVD releases in the 90s and early 00's all had them!
I agree, i was a bit annoyed when i opened up the set and there was no episode guide.

The 4k amaray has an episode guide if you wanna call it that way.
It's on the not visible inside of the amaray inlay. They did the same with The Last Of Us Season 1 4K

And judging from this video, at least the US version had a "epsiode guide" too:

Not on the amaray inlay inside either in the UK? Because mine is the German release and has at least that
