There was a judgement in 2007 about the question if the use of stickers or buttons with strikethrough or broken swastikas as a visible sign of rejection of the nazi idiology is legal or not and it was clarified: the swastika can therefore be used in a representation with impunity, when the symbol is "blatantly and unambiguously" used to express the opposition to national socialism. I don´t know if this can be transfered to whole pictures with symbols, but in the picture on the front of the steelbook it is clear, that Brad Pitt blew the swastika-wearing nazis away and and probably the uniform-symbols aren´t censored because of that.
