Contacting Amazon France is not straight forward as most contact options and replies is in French
Phone call back is in French no option to select call in english
Chat is hit and miss as most of them only speak in french
Using email option you get a reply in french with info how to contact them in English but the links provided was of no use
If you use ([email protected])That was the email address chat provided) you get a auto reply this email address does not accept incoming emails
Had to contact customer service again on Chat to forward to English department of Amazon France to look after my issue
I just got a email in English confirming a replacement order done
