Seen the movie yesterday I thought it was a letdown compared to the other movie I can’t believe this movie cost so much to make I think the music that they added Was terrible it took away from the grittiness of the original one I mean they went over very important things and then started singing it just made no sense this is just another cash grab in my opinion

I hear the film's awful so I'm happy to wait till there's a really good steelbook released or maybe not bother with it at all.
Please don’t waste your money seeing this film I’ve got to see it yesterday and I just think it’s terrible the only reason why they made this second movie was because the first one made a lot of money I think this movie cost so much to make because of the actors that they had coming back

Pre ordered this and then cancelled it as soon as I walked out the cinema. Shocking.
Hated the first film so had no interest whatsoever in seeing this, but now strangely tempted to buy several copies of this steelbook just to shove in the secret Santa at work, in the hope that the weirdo who claimed he actually ‘wept’ at Joaquin Phoenix dancing down some steps might score it and have to stifle yet more tears while pretending he’s not just plucked out a complete turd (before asking the lass who won a big dildo if she’s sure she doesn’t want to swap).

not yet seen the film, but Gaga was above all my expectations in House of Gucci :wow:, so i remain interested in seeing what she and of course Phoenix bring - despite the critical mauling this has received :blackeye:.

but on the steel, i actually like this approach for this design for this film, works for the characters (two sides of the same pyschosis). what would make it better is if it was full gloss.
and featured the title (i don't mind a title-less cover at all, but this doesn't work).
and possibly had that underneath both stars on both sides.
and does not have the usual Warner Bros. full credits somewhere.
and had some bossing.

Both Gaga and Phoenix are brilliant. Strong performance by both. The issue is the story... Or lack of it. Nothing happens for 2 hours. I was in a packed auditorium on Friday night at least 10 people walked out after around 90 mins. Heard a person say behind me "oh god they're signing again" haha.

I’ve gone from can’t wait this could be epic and unique to urgh, I feel like it’s going to be painful and make me annoyed.
Yep, same here. All I'm hearing is pheonix and gaga's performances are excellent, but the story is an actual pos.
