I need your help, I purchased this through zavvi and arrived damaged. I already sent pictures to them and they want me to pay for shipping. They are really a pain when it comes to get a refund.

Please advise

Gotta write them the return shipping is very expensive, more than the cost of the item, ask for another representative or a supervisor. I know they're a pain in the butt, but when I dealt with them many years ago, they usually eventually agreed to send a replacement or refund partially without returning the item.
