Maybe you need to choose 1 where Quantity is, to cancel it.I put my order in on Monday August 29th, the day it was released. I'm still awaiting dispatch today 1 week later.
It's still in stock right now and available to be ordered.
Here's the email I received on Saturday:
"We are aware that your order for the below items have still not been sent, we will continue to work to have your order dispatched as soon as possible."
I considered cancelling my order and placing a new one instead but clicking the cancel button doesn't allow me to cancel it.

I'm still waiting on mine, I ordered it on release day with a couple of other items and the whole order is still stuck in 'processing'. I'm guessing they can't do much about it today / tomorrow since RM are on strike so I'll contact Zavvi next week if there's still no movement.
