there still selling theses online and i went to future shop on a long trip to see like 15 of them on the shelf's..
i don't know so much about a limited print or people aren't buying these because they aren't the Extended version,it's like about 50'000 of them being made!

Hi Mitchnufc...sorry...I went back today and they were all gone...there were two or three rows of them on the bottom shelf and they said they disappeared about 1 hour after I bought my copy.
Did anybody on this forum in Toronto get one from the same place?

A LOTR Steelbook could be fancy and valuable, but the Extended Editions are far better.
Don't you worry the EE steelbook will come out eventually as well. Specially now having the Hobbit around

Actually, the one I had bought was the one copy this store had and it had been there for months... just didn't pull the trigger until now.
