Why? Is Gruv that bad?
I see is also at Target, with about 50% more expensive.

I've procured at least a couple dozen steelbooks from Gruv and the most I can complain about is a scuff mark or two on a couple releases. Other than that they've been the most dependable mainstream retailer in terms of offering solid packaging and delivering pristine goods.

Yes, they're horrible, constantly beat up items, double charging the card and denying they did that, worst webstore I've ever experienced in 28 years of buying online.

I've only used Gruv once but had no complaints, I bought several steels though so they used a decent box and I don't know what they do with smaller orders.
