. Rises is bad but I can watch it when I do the whole trilogy. There’s still 4 or 5 scenes that I think are good as anything in begins or TDK but as a whole it fails.

Same here.
Recently went back and rewatched it for the first time in a few years and found it underwhelming...
Some decent scenes but falls flat as a whole...
