This is fantastic. Finally we can see some of the footage that was in the fabled 3 hour workprint version.
(think of all the scenes that were in the theatrical trailer, but were never in the film. Plus, the 2 or 3 extra scenes that showed up on tv and cable versions).

I wonder if they will re-release the recent Blu-ray steelbook with a 4K disc and the bonus disc.

They would have to use a 2 disc plate inside it though.

Just do a disc swap. And use a florette hub on the other side for the additional disc.
