Arrow don't list brand new 4K restoration

It is same 4K scan remaster MGM did in 2013 that was on the 2014 remastered Blu-ray
Arrow used this 2013 4K scan remaster.

Difference is arrow done their own encoding of the discs and has new extras
When Arrow do their own encoding they improve picture most times.
