I do own all original Silent Hill games for PS1 and PS2 so maybe one day I'll get to play them. When I'm ready to retire lol

Just a heads up for this and anything you have pre-ordered via Game, they've silently cancelled all orders, scrubbed order histories and now require pre-payment on all orders
Just checked my account and yep, zero orders placed. That’s insane.
I really want the steel so I’ve reordered and paid upfront. Their social media is swamped with comments about the issue, it seems they’ve relaunched their website with a new ordering system and didn’t or couldn’t bring any previous orders across. Just crazy that without seeing this thread, I wouldn’t have even known.
My friend contacted them and CS said the orders won't be coming back. Not sure if that's a legal issue what with any unclaimed digital codes also seeming to have gone? Apparently happened from yesterday so the silence from Game is pretty terrible.

What a total let down. I do hope they slowly will fail and go out of business so The Game Collection can pick up the pieces.

And for what it's worth, I've had no issues signing in with Safari on iOS - however, I get a login loop while using Safari on macOS.
Edge on macOS signed me in okay too.
Thanks guys, I managed to login eventually using private browsing with Brave.
That's not right though. I have many orders placed some of which I wish to cancel as I found at a better price with other providers. So if I cannot see the orders to cancel, they just expect me to accept the orders?

I have no idea mate, support need to respond and clarify because I'm now in the position where I have a preorder I can't manage as well as an order I've paid for in full. Either way, the lack of communication and organisation is beyond crappy and I really wouldn't be surprised if they don't last until Xmas.
