Guess that confirms the orders from before the new website were still valid then.
Seems so. After the positive reviews I was going to put another order in tonight for the steel - won't bother now
They have been horrible lately. I try to avoid them now and hoping that The Game Collection picks up the pieces.
I managed to cancel all my old pre-orders from GAME after weeks of messaging back and forth with GAME on Twitter, Facebook and Email. Or so they claim to say that orders have been cancelled. Will have to wait and see.
I’m paranoid I won’t get the steelbook now because I cancelled the old order and reordered so I might be sliding into your DM’s if my fears come true.
GAME are in such a decline and yet game companies still give them exclusive stuff and the like. I get they are the only big retailer (barely) on the high streets but why not Amazon, they aren't perfect but in comparison they are easier to deal with.
They are losing business and exclusivity though. There's been a noticeable decline with some exclusivity to Amazon and TGC lately. I expect GAME still has some relations with other companies but at current rate it will fade away. After being merged with Sports Direct they lost that gaming touch and just trying to cash in on everything.
I been having a horrible time with them.
No one told me it was sent in error they kept asking me to wait 48 hours every 48 hours so I got fed up yesterday after they told me "we cannot say when it will be sent" and asked them to cancel it. If people do start getting these then may re order if they do cancel before its sent.
What is point of pre ordering if you dont get it on release date its all BS

Yeah people in France already got it as the place they bought it from are not like GAME
It was only released UK and France as far as I know

Nothing with the new ordering system yet either, just "ready to ship".
Yeah, likely just changing to a non-steelbook listing now it's no longer a pre-order.
