Friend of mine received the game on Friday through another retailer. Friday! And here we are waiting for emails 
Popped into my local store, they have as little idea as what's going on with online orders as we do, I feel sorry for them.
Anyway, they've put aside a copy for me (with SteelBook) and if it doesn't get dispatched by tomorrow I'll just buy a copy in store and save myself a fiver. Then just deal with returning or selling the online order afterwards.

This is nerve wrecking and I’ve ordered like 4 other things that I can’t cancel because of our preorder history being wiped
If this f**** up in anyway I’ll have to go through this again.m multiple times which I really can’t be bothered with.
Video game companies have got to stop giving them preorder goodies and collectors editions.

Just received an order processed email referring to my pre website upgrade order so at least I've now got an order number to go along with the payment they've taken

also got the processed email but now web chat says details not matched when it asks for order number and postcode

Yeah order still doesn't show in my account despite having a number now. So annoying I won't get to play tomorrow. Things like this are pushing me more and more towards going digital for games.
My tracking number from last week still isn't working so not expecting anything to arrive just yet.
Picked up my copy with steelbook in store this morning. Supposedly my online order can’t be cancelled as it’s shipped (despite receiving no email confirmation and the order status online not changing) so if anyone doesn’t get their copy let me know, otherwise I’ll just return the online order.
Probably easier to just sell your extra on eBay. Don't think I would want to deal with a GAME return seeing how horribly they handled everything so far.
Oh goody, now I'll have to try and refund 2 orders from 2 of their systems and end up with no steelbooks most likely.
