It's disgusting really. Trading standards need to be involved.
EVRI now saying "sorry there has been delay" it's still not at my local hub 4 days later! Game won't refund me so I'm tempted to buy from Amazon and return once Game copy eventually arrives

I'm going to deal with returning my Game orders this weekend. Ended up getting digital deluxe and will keep a steelbook when I return the games and then pick up a physical later down the line I think.

I just hope it's not an awful process.

How are people actually finding the game? Played a bit Tuesday and just done about 2 hours tonight. Loving the atmosphere

just played ~2 hours and really like it so far

wish I had a gun though as melee combat isn't the best

5/6 hours in and just coming up to Rosewater Park. Absolutely spellbound by this game, it’s absolutely on par with the original for me, maybe even better.

Yeah, same. Absolutely no protection and I heard the Evri driver drop it too, but thankfully it’s remained unscathed.

Going to return the order as game customer service was adamant it's 1 steelbook per order. Great business sense now for them to refund full order instead.

I did play the original but don't remember anything about it

Got the gun now. Loving this game, probably the most unnerving game I've played in a while. A proper survival horror

If it's separate orders you should get 2. I have one still with Evri and one already here (though I had an order on their old system and on the new system, not sure if that makes a difference)

Got my empty Steelbook today, came in a brown cardboard mailer like Amazon use and then a plastic bag. Arrived in mint condition thankfully. Steelbook in hand is really nice with the spot gloss. Glad the ordeal is over (until Metal Gear Delta)

Only got one steelbook for my two orders and it has a tiny dent to the edge. Asked customer service about my 2nd one and been told it's sold out. Glad I picked up the one with my local store.
