i would love to, but when i try to use '' attach files'' , it says the volume is too big to upload from my phone :(

best thing to do is either trim them. But sometimes that’s not enough and you don’t want to keep trimming too much.

So Send them in an email to yourself but pick “large” size when it asks how big you want to send them (for me i get the option small, medium, large or actual sizes). Get the email, save em to your phone and upload those ones. That’s my work around anyway. Always works for me

Upload limit per photo is 2 MB.

Do you use an iPhone?

If so, it's easy to resize while uploading/attaching, once you tap on "Attach files", select the photo you want to share, then look at the bottom of your screen and you will see the actual size, if it's above 2 MB, tap on "Show Selected":

Then tap on "Actual Size":

From there select which size below 2 MB you want to upload:

FFS! I have never noticed that. Jesus. How have I not noticed that before. That will save me time in the future. Cheers

Yeah ignore me @Mararagan lol

It doesn't work, there's no option for me to change or trim the size of the pic :( even worse when i tried your method, the file size increased by 0.04 mb, it went from 3.35 to 3.39 lol

Ordered mine through galaxy store on ebay, shot across to the UK but now been at Langley customs for 3 days. :(
Unfortunate mate. Did you buy all 3? Would've made the purchase over 125quid and eBay wouldn't have charged uk vat. Galaxy aren't customs friendly either from my experience, so you'll probably end up with hefty fees now.

Yep all 3, and I was beginning to suspect I've been delayed due to a customs hit, glad you're semi-confirming that - I was beginning to get a bit paranoid, especially when a cine-museum order breezed through today.

im in the same boat, 3 copies ordered and sat in langley since monday, any idea of what customs fees we could be looking at?

I've had stuff sit at Langley for almost a week before eventually arriving fine and without customs charges. I recall not so long ago I had two different packages arrive simultaneously at Langley, only for one to be there a week and the other a day. Unusual it has to be said, but I'm just saying you're not automatically guaranteed to get hit because of the delay. Processing times due to staff shortages could also be a factor to consider perhaps. Also, Galaxy e-store in my few times of experience has always been customs friendly too, btw.

In other words, keep the faith :angel:
