I haven't noticed them being sold separately anywhere else, but it might be too early anyway.
I do like the Collector's Edition steelbook, not too sure about the Hootle Edition one. Chances are if it won't sell too well, Bandai Namco will have it on sale for Black Friday and Christmas.
