USA edition just has different disc artwork and different slip artwork and some other slight differences

I take it they did a deal with arrow for release in the USA using the same contents.
4K restoration from the original camera negative was done by Arrow Films

Arrow licenced to Synapse and shared costs involved in the release that's why the disc contents the same for USA and UK releases

This is why synapse advertised the release as a collaboration with arrow films
