RM can't/won't do anything about it either, it's a claim back directly with hmrc for the buyer. Which is a pain to sort and they only refund the VAT, not the tenner courier handling fee.

And therein lies the problem as the VAT is most of the time less than the "handling fee"

In fact with eBay applying VAT automatically to most purchases from even private sellers who are not going to be VAT registered , and consequently won't be bothered to fill in the correct paperwork I see huge problems if full value is declared on customs forms

I am finding it hard to believe you got 3 lenticular editions including delivery from wdpung of a highly sought after set for actually less than cost price.

The ones I got were Amazing Spiderman 1 and 2 Lenticulars. As per tracking, it's out for delivery.

Along with this, I ordered these 2 Weet Marvel Steels:

Black Panther Weet Full Slip - $56 delivered
Captain Marvel Weet Full Slip - $69 delivered
Condition: Brand New

Think my order total was $295 for the 4 and I got combined postage discount and no VAT added. I did ask them to write US $35 Gift in the C form.

I can see they jacked up the prices pretty much immediately after my order was through. Maybe I was lucky but this is why I like to try my luck on eBay but this requires constant monitoring.
