Got notification the label has been created and the PO is awaiting the item!

My order done direct with hammer films has been shipped even though I not yet got the dispatch email.

Royal Mail have received a package and it’s from the distributor hammer films use ship orders.

I varies with Royal Mail how quickly arrives in Ireland with An Post so might arrive next week or following.

Hopefully won’t be a repeat of last time when Royal Mail for some reason returned to sender with The Quatermass Experiment parcel.

Royal Mail did not mess up on this parcel like they did with The Quatermass Experiment

My Hammer Films Store order has left UK and arrived in Ireland today
I had to pay customs fee of €37.98 due to the 3 promo items also included the customs declaration listing actual real value of each items inside the parcel
This is not a mistake as retailers must include on a customs declaration actual real value of all goods even if any item included the customer got for free
Customs Value €139.39 was listed on the customs declaration
Delivery will be next week it varies how quick An Post deliver a parcel after customs fee has been paid.
I might get lucky and have delivery on Monday or Tuesday but more likely will be Wednesday or Thursday

I will not be in a hurry next time to order direct from hammer films as in I will wait until no promo items show in basket as vat still has to be paid on these in Eu Countries

My Amazon UK order is also showing as dispatched that means I will be getting box set twice
I expect amazon order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday

I got delivery today of my Amazon UK order on release date


The order I done direct though with hammer films that is still in tranist with Royal Mail
An Post have not yet scanned the parcel as received only that customs charge was paid
Royal Mail tracking says Item Leaving the UK

You really should only be asked to pay customs charge when a parcel has actually been received by postal carrier in desination country as there always a still possibility it won't arrive in destination country for various reasons

If parcel is not showing as received with an post by next week then there was a issue during transit

Royal Mail better have not messed up again as it will mean looking for a refund from both Hammer Films in UK and Customs in Ireland if I don't get delivery
The last time with The Quatermass Experiment is took 2 weeks before Hammer Films replied to my messages

For anyone else who got this…is the foil stamped title on the front of the box just a solid green, or is it all faded and yellowing in parts? Not sure if I’ve got a particularly s**t one, or it’s intentionally supposed to be giving off some sort of aged/vintage look.

Guessing the former.

I got delivery of my order done direct with Hammer Films the poster was attached in a long roll tube
The other 2 promo items was inside the main hammer films own packaging box





The 3 free promo items for been part of the first 30 orders
1)The quad poster is huge (30 x 40 inches), I will have to get a frame for it, the poster itself is limited to 200 and included is a certificate of authenticity I got numbered 182 of 200

2)The archive photo signed by Young Victor Frankenstein actor, Melvyn Hayes looks cool
3)The facsimile of the 1957 cinema premiere ticket. is not anything special it's poor to be honest but was free

Mine has some of this but not as bad as yours. Honestly thought it was part of the design haha! Don't bother me though as it's an absolute stunner of a set!
