They have a lot to learn about losing customers. If you are going to disrespect your buyers sufficiently, you should go full FAC mode. This nickel and diming is poopy.

If it's the box set €189 instead of the original €159 isn't too bad considering they now have it at €350 on their site....
I too thought that briefly, I'm just begrudgingly trying to get my final two orders through the pipeline successfully. However, my mood changed quickly, since I now have paid extra for the Batman and never got that, never got my Joker either. I've lost so much money here, that if I buy something, why am I now in a contract that's now expected to pay extra even though it's so much cheaper that the current retail price? The other option, get a refund minus 5%, which is total bullshit IMHOIs that for single editions or box set?
