Was unaware of any fb notification of receipt, I just triggered myself on rediscovering the email today for the extra 30 euros given the cost increase, with still nothing to show for it...
did the same months ago, no response
also did the same with batman and got an answer.
really strange! will try to contact them again.
So I ordered this directly in September 2022, but moved house in early in 2024.
Once moved, I sent them an email to change my address when shipping my order (including Poltergeist), but never got a reply.
Should I be concerned on whether they'll actually ship it to my new/current address?
I have changed my address on the website account settings, but obviously my order still has the old address.

Yeah I've just paid for the OC from them, I honestly thought this Lost Boys set was dead in the water, but it's coming at last, I really hope all the customers who bought direct get their copies, because waiting over 4 years is f**king crazy man.
Graphic, you can add new addresses, but the order you have will be bound to the original. You need to delete the legacy addresses, and I hope the item latches onto the one left, being where you live now. This is what happened to me with Batman, as the address it was connected to missed my actual address number. Adding a new address isn't enough to correct this yourself. I hope the email has updated the record, if not, try something to force it.
4 pre-orders in a year and 1 release every 4 years. Sounds like a good profitable business model 
Thanks. Yeah I had deleted my old address on my account back in 2024 when I first reached out to them. I've just sent another email today and also used the contact form on their website to cover all areas to contact them.
Worst case scenario I'll have to halt the delivery at the depot or have it delivered to a post office, but would mean driving a fair distance to pick it up.
Cool. I'm in the UK, and with the tracking number I did interject with the correct address. sadly I was too late in doing so and Royal Mail didn't apply the update. Lost me the item, no refund, no communication from CM even though I told them the item was being returned. I hope you receive yours, good luck
Wow, that's terrible. No doubt it was quietly put back on sale at double the price. I guess you couldn't even report it to your bank/PayPal because it's been years since the transaction.Cool. I'm from the UK as well, so I'll keep an eye out for the Royal Mail tracking. I successfully did this with an order from HMV when I moved house.
These prepayments years in advance should stop. If you're an older company, you should have it in your budget to produce a release, and sell it once it's ready, or almost ready, like being shipped to your warehouse from the various manufacturers, otherwise it's a ponzi scheme.

Caved and bought the lenticular on Ebay. Seller also had the Monster Squad mediabook cover C so got that too. Happy days
