Looks intended to me. Illusion of carved depth in stone maybe. It is a runic style of font. I dunno. Looks alright to me.
Nah that steel title is misaligned with the bossing. Like double vision. Seen it hundreds of times and you can see from the title on the slip how it should look.
Hopefully not all are affected, usually is the case
I hope you're right as it would be a shame to mar such a nice release.
We'll find out soon enough but yeah I'm assuming it's intended, such a mistake making it so far seems unlikely after all.

Depends. If it was a premium from manta, weet, nova or blufans and really bad then yeah. But I’ve got the odd one from them where the title is a fraction misaligned
But like I say I’ve seen it a lot with standard trade wide releases or country exclusives. Either have to put up with it, send it back or get another and try again.
Worst I ever see was the zavvi lenti exclusive steel for guardians vol 1. Mine was like a trippy acid pic and everything was double but it was the whole print, whole image was crazy. Was weird. This one looks very noticeable too compared to the majority of slightly misaligned embossing I’ve seen
You're giving them way too much credit there lol. As others have mentioned, it's actually quite common unfortunately.

The camera is just fine on this one, mate. You can clearly see that the title embossing is missaligned.
I'm with @Noodles on this one. The missalignment hasn't been implemented on purpose. This is definitely a manufacturing error like it happened with many other steelbooks before, e.g. the debossed "Passengers" Steelbook.

Honestly, think I would've preferred if this was debossed instead... the border kinda ruins it. Still very nice though!
Even with border, the whole floating heads to the bottom corner being embossed with title debossed. It would have been more in line with Atomic Blonde and King Kong choices. We had that would have been 3 out of 3 IMHO across this limited brands to-date
