That's my concern too. However, if it does turn out to have a similar finish to the German one, then I'll be all over it!

I hear ya, but it's not like the artwork on the German one is bad... I mean, they're both pretty similar lol. Plus I like that the German one comes with a sleeve.

german one smokes this. Even the teal colour tone is off. 100% pass

Nice smooth matte finish with spot gloss on this would do me greatly

Looks great - apart from the bilious colours - and with the same Christopher Cox front art + a better back minus that block of text in the lower quarter, should be splendid especially if given the same finish and treatment as the German ...
... and as for that cold colour scheme: it's not a RUNNING MAN first ....

Boutique label with about 150 Blu-ray releases in the UK although I've only got about a dozen (including BLAME IT ON RIO, THE BLOB [original], THE RELIC, THE SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW, DARK STAR, VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED [remake], WONDERWALL, CAT PEOPLE [remake], BAD LIEUTENANT [original], CAPE FEAR [original] etc.).
This is their first steelbooks as far as I know.

As FF released the Amaray in June of this year

good to see that their first steelbook is following some seven months later . . . hopefully if a good 'un not their last.
