It's going to be ugly streaky matte, all scratched and dented straight ouf of the factory.

Failing that I can always go to Home depot or Screwfix if I really want to see a range of stylish doorknobs.

I'd say no. At least not for a good while. I'm not sure how exclusivity works but I assume it's time AND stock based, with both having to be ended before another retailer can sell: and then I assume only on a reprint?
