Great film with a terrible ending.
That being said, it's a lovely steelbook but I'm sure Arrow is already poised to release a 4k slipbox edition. Pretty safe bet that they will in the very near future.
That'd do me just fine.

If they had gone with the original on the front that could have been great. It's still pretty cool though, but I'm going to wait on Arrow as well.

Got to agree with @ENDURANCE on this one. Love the original poster. @TheWildEye … what?! What’s wrong with the ending?

main character dies ten minutes before the end. Then his douche bag mate gets the bad guy kill in a really wimpy sneaky way. Whilst the studio is burning down. Then the douche bag partner Vuchovich tries to emulate his dead partner Chance by trapping the female Ci. Felt like a damp end after we had such an amazing car chase and set up. For me it was anti climactic and at odds with the entire film. Was great up until the last 10 mins at the end of the Gym locker room sequence. After that...nah. so good up until then.

Hmm, I love how ‘non-Hollywood’ all of that is. It’s not simple, it’s messy, complicated: like real life. But, I totally take on board what you say about the setup. You expect one thing and get another, which is a gut-punch. I bet Friedkin loved it.
