Got excited when I saw the thread.... Then I saw the art.
They don't want to pay for original assets or actors likeness.
YeahHh I'll just stick with my OG Comic Heroes steelbook of- Wanted. I popped in that 4K disc a last year and it popped!! Disc artwork on the latest Wanted 4K with disc art on 4K & Bluray discs

It's like the artist, that made the recent Escape from NY steelbook for Shout Factory wrote, that they're being given strict restrictions to NOT feature any actors' or even famous objects and landmarks likeness... and they have to come up with some artsy fartsy poop art like this.
Very cool slip but with the current prices and it just being the WWA, that ain't happening.
Not to be contrarian but I think I'm fine with the new design, it leaves a lot to be desired but I do like that they're trying new ideas even if sometimes they're an absolute disaster.

ACCURATE AF! I always wanted a steelbook for this flick. The german release would have been awesome but the finish was disappointing. But cmon! What the actual F is that art??????
Yeah... more than happy with my humble Reel heroes version.
The idea is great in itself but the artwork could have been more elaborated, more precise and with a pet sleeve effect like what Lionsgate is been doing lately and killing the game tbh
