4K Quality Difference? - AirPlay movie from Macbook M1 vs playing file locally via BD Player

Anyone ever tried this test to know if theres a loss in quality or audio?

- 4K HEVC File at 90GB
- Play file on VLC directly on Macbook Pro M1 and then mirror to Samsung 4K TV via Airplay

Does that quality differ versus playing that exact file directly via USB or Disc on a Bluray player?
