Drafthouse Films is preparing a 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases of Caligula: The Ultimate Cut (1979), starring Malcolm McDowell, Teresa Ann Savoy, Helen Mirren, Peter O'Toole, and John Gielgud. The releases are scheduled to arrive on the market in Fall/Winter 2024.

Versions of the film included and extras on their release I expect will differ to drafthouse usa release.

Both USA and Australia releases though include the Ultimate Cut.
