Nintendo Switch Core Pokémon Game (2018)

The Pokémon Company has announced a new core Pokémon game is in development by Game Freak for Nintendo Switch.

According to Game Freak’s Tsunekazu Ishihara, “it may not come out for more than a year.” The game will be a true core Pokémon RPG experience.

Hopefully it is a new game and not a port / remake as Nintendo seem a bit too fond of those as of late
