Does anyone know of a list of German Blu-ray slipcovers?

Also, are the German 'Hollywood Collection' Blus slipcovers?

There are a few, Black Swan has a lenti slip as well.

There have been just a few releases with slipcovers here. Most of them are coming from Buena Vista/Disney. :<
