I think it is, its just with the wrong artwork. It has the same release date and the same store availability (relative to me) as the other 3 glow in the dark.

Edit: can confirm, I went to a nearby Walmart that has the display set (but not the movies yet). Scanned the barcode and it brought me to this listing.
