Thanks Happy. I ordered mine initially from amazon.de when it first got released, which came with the slip. Sadly, a few days later when I ordered another one, it didn't have the slip. They must be UBER RARE!!

Yeh, i have only ever seen one before on ebay but then in the description it said without the slip, so i don't think anyone will be getting their hands on this slip anytime soon
