As many on here would now i had an accident awhile back which had left me unable to do the same work that i used to do .
I started working back again for the same company but in an office role once i could return to work , but unfortunately was laid off today due to them saying I'm not fit for the job . They understood my position when taking me back on with medication etc .
Just need some advice from anyone that might understand the law of all this , but one problem for me this is my dads company and he has obviously made the final decision.
