I've found the answer (thanks to someone on AVS who has it), apparently the French digibook is still the old transfer.

Just stupid since it was released the month prior. I do like the new BB cover, hopefully it's a slipcover. I'll check it out next time I stop by.

It's a slipcover. I believe it was originally announced as a digibook, but was released with a slipcover and booklet inside.
