Great sequel/prequel, interesting traps, good twist at the end, with the awesome main theme starting to play, plus 'nice' to see the antihero in a vulnerable position and as a true avenger. Kramer was that all along, but more so in this film.
I could only point out uselessness of the 'traditional' recordings on microcassette this time, because Kramer himself is right there watching, and could say/explain 'the game', and the characters don't listen to those tapes half the time anyway. But I liked that all the 'victims' are in one place, watching each other's demise.
Maybe I've become desensitized, but the torture traps are not as horrible, as in some of the earlier movies, so it's easier to watch.
Overall definitely a fun part, and better than #8 and #9.
Ten more please!
