Speaking at the UK's Brighton Develop Conference yesterday, thatgamecompany co-founder Jenova Chen teased some cryptic details surrounding the firm?s upcoming third contractual Sony project.

Chen described that the title ?feels like a natural progression? from the company?s previous works, and will be "something you've never experienced before."

"In the future there's a lot of feelings that video games haven't explored that are open for us to find," he continued, before highlighting the critically acclaimed God of War as ?a really good game about hatred."

Chen wasn?t able to divulge much of any concrete info on the project, though this shouldn?t come as much of a surprise following his revelation that the firm?s last game ? the PSN outing Flower ? took two years to cobble together.

Nonetheless, his admiration for Sony as a company was strikingly apparent at the conference: ?I really really appreciate what Sony has done for us," he said, adding, "They still keep funding our project, and that's really, really nice. It's a really pleasant experience.?

Stay tuned for more info on thatgamecompany?s latest project as it breaks.
