We Germans use "Stirb langsam" instead for "die Hard" since the first movie in the 80s.
So the german title isn't really a surprise because most germans know the movies only by "Stirb langsam"

I agree with you english speaking guys and I would prefer the original title as well but there's no other chance to buy the german Steelbook since the UK version is only available in stores and it doesn't include german audio. I personally prefer the german audio since its my native language and more relaxing than listening to foreign language audio when i watch the movie. Some actors really speak a not understandable slang for me. Sometimes its really hard for me to understand the spoken english because they not really speak clear english and i am too lazy to follow subtitles
