Might not be a bad thing, this gives us plenty of time to judge how worthy it is of its price tag, only downside is if it turns out the finish is bad the option of the US release will be long gone.

Yep. 2 films per disc, apart from the original, which has it's own. I believe that's the same way as they've always been on blu-ray. Guess they'll just put 2 discs in every other steel.

Yeah, they even had to put the same exact disc in separate mediabook releases, like you got a 'bonus' third film with the second, and vice versa, a fourth with the fifth, and so on...

Yeah, but it did allow to order to a US address earlier (I pre-ordered on 14th of February )

Edit: Oh, and it allows to do that now as well, must be some other place, they're more restrictive towards European countries, I've noticed...

Even if you consider the European version (French, Italian, etc), not the cheapest sold out US, it comes to just €25 per UHD steelbook.
Ya'll are paying more individually almost for every other steelbook.
