It is kind of a polarizing movie. I'd see it first if I were you. It's a love it or hate it movie.
I love it, but when people tell me why they hate it, I see their points!!

Yeah. That can go both ways! I've had movies I loved more because I already knew the character's subtext and subconsciously filled it in- and others where I hated it because they got the characters so completely wrong and I knew it!

Christian Bale fought hard for this movie. He fought tooth and nail to help get it made.
Thank God we didn't get Oliver Stone and Leo DiCaprio's version!! (Interesting as that may probably have been...)

The other three steels in this wave , Gangs of New York, The Departed and The Crow all got pushed back to 18th May about a week ago, so I would guess at the same happening to this
