Will there be more allocation for the website than there was for Annihilation then?

Wasn’t really very easy getting anything from the site for that but I guess that included international buyers still too.

That's the point of this move. There were 5 different Gbs for Annihilation, now there's one and allocations are split. I will also be able to adjust where needed to ensure everyone can obtain something within reason. naturally there comes a point where there isn't anything left due to the number of editions releasing.

The hope and vision is , that uk customers wont have to struggle for anything, besides im not naïve enough to presumed we are established as others in this sector, not every release will sell out, or at least that's not my expectation.

... but there was definitely a major hint on this thread that Breakdown was likely next and would be a steel only, with discussions having been basically finalised for availablity in online retailers. UK, I assumed.

I didnt mention a title no, i try my best not to until everything is signed.

Uk retailers are still on the table, absolutely, issue is Annihilation sold out, "being transparent" a uk retailer would want almost 50% rrp for each edition, if they are selling out then there would be no need for them to go there if that makes sense? I can monitor this each release though.

Ill have a roadmap soon of roughly a 2 year schedule, they will be mixed between big sets and steelbook only/ single XL . (i had a ton of feedback on the steelbook only and customers were wanting at least an XL edition alongside it to continue continuity with other XL releases.) These will be the titles that don't hold much creative assets for a full set.

Yeah that's how business works my friend. I'm surely you're acutely aware you're only as good as your reputation. For a lot of people MP rep stinks. You're joining with that exclusively. Saying "just because" is sounding a little patronising. It's actually disregarding people's experience with them to suit a narrative it will now be magically different. There's no trust there with them. Absolutely polar to that, you were certainly very trusted here. Like you said you had a great line of communication with us all. But also people were very patient. That all comes from trust we all built with you. Where there is no trust there is no relationship my friend. Perhaps you should of put the feelers out on what people thought about MP outside of... MP? Just a thought.

All i can say is that any past issues should not appear again in regards to my releases. There is just myself and two representatives from there, we are in direct communication and on the same page.

The extra costs charged 'over there' made me bail out to never look back. Sometimes doubled the shipping costs due to all shady reasons/excuses. Shame I have to leave it with 2 AC releases but it is what it is...

I'm sorry that happened, i can only assure that cost will be as transparent as possible before purchase with AC releases.

@Flloydo and @samdavies between them and you @AstroC13 all were kind of landing...here...with Vanilla Sky and Breakdown the two mentioned as single steels only for online retailers. I may have gone with Breakdown but you could equally have meant Vanilla Sky.

The question I suppose, is how does the exclusivity affect the future? Are we looking at customs taking priory at MP (can't believe I'm mentioning that here lol) or WEA with you or both?
Online Retail or community exclusivity?

I think we're all still a bit shocked and confused and upset tbh considering the Annihilation run hasn't yet finished it's run.

Dude. I'm pretty sure we're closer to shipping than we were last week.
If you've waited 10 months, a few more weeks won't matter. It'll be worth it. Despite all the news. This release is still a major win for collectors. Title and finish.

This is why I guess @AstroC13 the community here has taken the news to heart, the commitment to quality is clearly top tier, even despite your future releases still being available on your own site for UK buyers, adding exclusivity for GB is a bitter pill to swallow for a fair portion of non UK members here.
